Consultation Fee: Why can Mar Jennings charge a consultation fee?
Due to Mar’s commitments to his existing clients, current contractual commitments, and high media profile, a $1,500 consultation fee is required to schedule Mar to visit the property and offer his professional services, insights, resources and best practices for selling your home.
SERVICES PROVIDED: This two-hour appointment is available for clients interested in learning the best practices for selling their home. In this consultation, Mar will personally walk the entire home and property, providing ideas and resources for preparing the client’s home for the highest sales price/return. During this consultation, Mar will extend his financial and sales knowledge by assessing the current market and offering the best ways to price the client’s home for the highest return on investment.
FEE SCHEDULE: Two hours with Mar at your home. This fee is fully refundable upon executing a Real Estate Listing Contract within one year of the appointment.
