Lights, awards, action!
I’m incredibly fortunate to be able to say I am no stranger to award ceremonies and red carpet events; however, last night’s “The 2017 Douglas Elliman Awards” was surprisingly new and exciting to me. The grandness of the production (in the historic landmark Radio City Music Hall!), the enormous TVmonitors, the big bold branding and the plethora of lights, all provided a one-of-a-kind experience I will always remember. Not just me, buteveryone in the audience was awestruck.
Talk about the perfect weather and night to be in New York! My Lifestyle Realtors joined me at the “Ellies,” Douglas Elliman’s annual event celebrating various successes and milestones, as well as record-breaking achievements. Being an agent in this world-class Real Estate Agency is an honor in itself.
Truth be told, my Mar Jennings Lifestyle Homes Team is proud to be part of#DouglasElliman – sharing last night’s Ellie Awards with our esteemed colleagues#FredrikEkland #EklandGomesTeam and#Milliondollarlisting. We were all winners in various categories, but most importantly we were winners for Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The night was about personal and team achievements, but you can’t go to Radio City without classic entertainment: experiencing the Rockettes! So, of course, they performed for all of us, too.
As the awards were announced, I was shocked and so honored to win inclusion in the President’s Circle, a distinction awarded to top performers. What a thrill to be surrounded by such a successful crowd; it was a night full of excitement and joy for us all.
Thank you, Douglas Elliman, for this utmost honor, I am so grateful to work with the best of the best on my team, for the best of the best in the industry. Thank you to all of our inspiring colleagues and leaders. And extra special thanks, of course, to our amazing clients and friends, whose support we could not do without.
