It was a thrill, a joy, and one of the top honors of my real estate career to be asked to be on “The Power of Elliman” panel for the 2017 REINVENT Conference.
What is REINVENT, you ask? Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s annual national sales & networking conference, which draws thousands of real estate professionals from around the country for a broad range of panel discussions, insight from industry experts and hands-on learning experiences.
Being with DE for just over a year, I was so flattered and excited to be asked to speak, as I am so relatively new to the business. I was joining a panel of some of the most talented and admired brokers in the business: Maggie Keats from Long Island; Darren Sukenik from New York, and Eloy Carmenate from Florida. It was expertly hosted by Jay Parker. We were flooded with comments and photos and we truly felt we made a difference.
The speakers are always part of what draws attendees to this annual event. Previous REINVENT speakers have included the talented Martha Stewart, Kevin Spacey, Sheryl Sandberg, the Devine Bette Midler, Gary Vaynerchuk and Danny Meyer.
Team Mar was on hand and I was proud to look out to the ballroom floor and see “Team Mar” proudly sitting in the front row. I wonder if they camped out for those seats as it was standing room only.
