Let us Celebrate!

I have lots and lots to celebrate this week my MARtians – and it wouldn’t be a celebration without involving you.

My new book, LIFE ON MAR’S, Creating Casual Luxury, is hitting bookstores now, and all pre-orders from amazon.com & Barnes & Noble are shipping today! And for those who prefer e-readers, you can even download both my books in digital format as well. As if that weren’t enough, ads announcing The Mar Jennings Classic New England Christmas House Tour have hit newsstands! The tour, benefiting the Westport Historical Society, is advertized in both the Westport & Fairfield Living magazines. Moffly Media, the publisher, is also our lead sponsor for the house tour & after party at Terrain in Westport.

Incredibly, with so many things to be happy about, there is yet another reason to celebrate: my new role as home & garden expert for none other than Celebrations.com! Launched in 2008, this amazing site offers a team of writers, designers and contributors who are obsessed with celebrating. How perfect for me, right? Great recipes, party and d̩cor ideas, and good times – I’m there! The goal of Celebrations.com is to help you plan your next party, create your next craft, or discover your next daily inspiration; whatever it takes to make every day a celebration.

One of my favorite, fun things is their online invitation platform for hosting a party or sending an e-card to make someone smile. I love browsing their daily content to find something that inspires me to stop and celebrate. They love creating opportunities for you to find creativity, and as their home & garden expert I’ll be helping to contribute lots of fun projects for your home, garden & life.

So with so much to celebrate, I take this moment to celebrate you, my loyal MARtians! If every celebration needs a cake, then your support is the icing on it. I hope to see many of you soon for the house tour on December 8th! Plus make sure you are registered on my mailing list and Facebook fan page to receive a very exclusive offer coming in December.

Cheers!
