Listen up! I haven’t met a closet that couldn’t use some organizing. So that’s why I was so happy to be a guest during radio legend Danny Lyons’ special live location broadcast on Saturday. He was hosting the California Closets Lifestyle Soiree on WEBE 108, and I was on-air with him as his guest design expert.
I was able to sign books and do on-the-spot consulting with people who came out, too. It was a great crowd, and they brought great design questions. And Danny and I got to chat on air about season 2 of my show, too.
I also had great fun getting to know Cathy Brennan, the General Manager of California Closets, and we got to play with all the cool closet design options on display at the 565 Westport Avenue location in Norwalk. I’m actually no stranger to their work–I have California Closets designs throughout my own home, and used them extensively in the feature home in season 1 of Life on Mar’s: the Home Makeover Show.
Danny was so great to work with–and he’s such a pro, the time seemed to fly.
