This drink is so refreshing — and beautiful when you freeze blueberries in the ice cubes. I like to serve it in straight-from-the-freezer MARtini glasses. The dark blue berries floating in a bath of rosy red cranberry cocktail is simply MARvelous. If you chill the ingredients first or keep them in the refrigerator, the ice won’t melt as fast. And with the berry ice cubes, no other garnish is needed. Simply make the berry cubes any time in advance.
Makes a large pitcher, enough for 6-8 cocktails:
1 cups Kra-Ze Vodka & Berry Liqueur
4 cups of Ocean Spray cranberry/raspberry 100% juice (no sugar added)
1 bottle sparkling mineral water
Pour all of the ingredients into a glass pitcher. Drop 2 berry ice cubes into each MARtini glass and pour the drink over the ice. Voila! It doesn’t get any easier or more delicious than this.
Want to get more Kra-Ze? Swap the blueberries for blackberries, raspberries, cranberries — or my trick — a little of each. Mix the berries and feel merrier!
And there you have it.
