Are you excited? Thank you Bill Cusano, for this inspiring main photo of that gorgeous tabletop setting.
So will your holiday dining table be set to celebrate this year? I mean, really ready? Need some inspiration on how to raise the bar, make the most of the season or even just try something new? Then be sure to check out Set to Celebrate, the incredible table-top and décor event, November 15 and 16 at the stunning Town & Country Club in Hartford. (Plus an elegant gala evening on Thursday, Nov 14th where you can mingle with the designers, enjoy live music and a buffet dinner.)
Featuring over-the-top tables set for fabulous brunch, stunning luncheons, adorable afternoon tea, and decadent dinners.
It just might be my favorite reason to head to the capitol region—and I’m sure you will agree.
Many designers, florists and other creative & talented folks volunteer their time and talents to take on the challenge of creating gorgeous and memorable holiday tablescapes for you to view; all proceeds go to wonderful charities.
This year’s proceeds will help fund the Auerfarm Nourishing Garden Expansion & Healing Meals Youth Project. Healing Meals provides organic meals for patients and their families in a health crisis. Their location at Auerfarm allows them to plant, harvest and utilize fresh produce directly onsite. Additionally, their program provides unique gardening opportunities for youth and adult volunteers. Healing Meals has already prepared and delivered over 40,000 meals to 330 clients throughout the region.
This event is a truly wonderful way to support such a worthwhile cause. So I will be there both days from 11-4, revealing which are my favorite tables, plus sharing my Casual Luxury principles for an aMARzing tablescape. (Hint: It’s all things you can do at home.) As if that’s not enough, I’ll be ready to answer your design questions and meet-and-greet you.
Let these pictures from previous years get you inspired! Then be sure to join me this year and see what’s new.
