This week I announced a new, accessible price for my best-selling book, LIFE ON MAR’S, A FOUR SEASON GARDEN. Originally published in 2007, it was recently re-released this month to meet continuing demand. Exciting right? The new list price of $19.95 reflects the need for an even more affordable (and gift-able) resource book that offers gardening tips and designs that have national and global appeal. Add my signature cocktails and recipes, and you have a book to cherish, share and use for many years to come. Casual Luxury is timeless, and making it affordable was the right thing to do.
This new price coincides with my other recent announcement: a companion book on interiors, available this Fall. LIFE ON MAR’S, Creating Casual Luxury will take you inside my home, and will be packed with design secrets and sMARt tips. Designed by H2O, a creative division of Peppercomm, based in NY, London, and San Francisco. I’m told that my lead designer will be a gentleman by the name of Matt Coles – and that he is located in the UK. How perfect is that? I have an English garden and now I have an English designer working on my new interiors book. So British! I’ll need to hang the Union Jack flag for my book tour and launch.
