Exciting news this week, my MARtians: I’m now NBC CT’s new weekly lifestyle expert! They have asked me to join them for a regular segment called Mondays with Mar, always during the 11 am hour. I start next Monday, so stay tuned!
As if that wasn’t enough excitement, I just listed my very first home on the MLS! My friends are calling me the “multi-million dollar man” even though I’m not bionic. Perhaps I can get Louis Ortiz, Ryan Serhant or Fredrik Eklund from Bravo’s hit TV show Million Dollar Listing New York interested.They represent amazing properties. Besides, I can’t help admiring the fashionable and stylish way they dress; I’ve always had the wardrobe to match, and now I’ve got the listing too.

Having watched every last episode of Million Dollar Listing New York I thought “Now it’s my turn to sell a multi-million dollar listing right here in my own state of Connecticut.” I have lots of work to do, including videos, promotions, and advertising (to mention but a few of my many plans), but what will really sell this house is connecting the right buyer to this lifestyle estate.
